Marmara Park Avenue is a luxury hotel by Joe Ginsberg in New York City. Ivan Pazos assisted Mr. Ginsberg with the design and the Computer Graphics for lobbies and guestrooms, in close coordination with the client. The Hotel was awarded in 2018 the Best Luxury hotel by hospitality magazine.
